So, I installed the USb driver package but there is no sort of notification asking me update anything. Also, I dont at all understand how to use the command prompt, it just keep saying c:\users\*username*> even after I enter c: cd Android-sdk-windows.
Please tell exactly what commands I should enter!

Did you just connect your phone with the USB cable, or did you mount it as a disk drive as well? It should not be mounted. Make sure USB debugging is on and that the “Usb Driver package” is properly installed from the Android SDK. Hope this helps!

Great article…. really helped too, so many thanks. When I updated to Froyo, I was disappointed to see how few apps moved to the SD card, and I still ended up with less then 10MB free in my HTC-Desire ROM for new apps. This has really (and easily) solved the problem… now have over 50MB ROM free, and all future apps going on the SD card, it should be staying at that level.
