A year ago, TechCredo published a tutorial on how to set the “Me” picture on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Unlike HTC, LG is a phone manufacturer that seems to include a different set of wallpapers on most of its handsets. Several of these wallpapers are quite nice as well: both the LG Optimus and the Optimus 2X have a few gems. But the default LG Revolution wallpapers are probably the best ones yet from […]

Every time I’ve flashed a vanilla Android ROM on my HTC Desire, there hasn’t been a picture for “Me” in the native Messaging app. In other words, the little contact photo box next to my own messages in conversation lists has always been gray. Even though I had set a contact picture in Gmail and […]

I’ve actually been looking forward to these: the static Star Wars wallpapers from the upcoming Motorola Droid 2 R2-D2 Edition. They should make any fan of Star Wars feel nostalgic and will perhaps even leave the fanatics teary-eyed. The R2-D2 live wallpapers have also been extracted, and I will later include a few of them […]

The ROM from the upcoming T-Mobile G2 recently got leaked, and these six new HTC homescreen wallpapers were extracted from it. There were other wallpapers as well, but only backgrounds we’ve seen many times before on other HTC Sense handsets. If more new preloaded wallpapers are made available once the G2 is released, they’ll be […]
